Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be worn, altered, or damaged
- Not be a sale or discounted item, unless otherwise specified
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the item meets all of these conditions.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at support@javarii.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank to see if the refund is pending. If you are still unable to locate the refund, please contact us at support@javarii.shop and we will look into the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@javarii.shop and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or size exchanges.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure that the returned item can be tracked and verified. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
